Children and Teen Members:

 

Finding an NHS dentist is harder than ever now. 

At the practice we have a limited availability of NHS spaces for children. There is a waiting list for availability and we have just not been able to cater to the numbers wanting to join. Therefore we have created a child membership. The best part is if you are a parent or guardian on a plan membership, children under 6 are seen free of charge for routine dental health checks; 2 check ups a year, including x-rays and any fluoride application required. 

 

Children 6-12

£5 a month

Children 13-17

£7 a month

Children can join the plan after completing a new Patient Assessment with us (£20 fee).

• Two annual dental health assessments per year 

• Intra-oral Dental x-rays included where appropriate

• Protective Fluoride treatment is included if appropriate 

• Fissure sealants are included as necessary

• Discount off all dental treatment provided

• Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme

If your child is under 6 and you would like them to join the plan and you are not a member, they can still do this but would have to join the 6-12 Membership.
